SHIPPING POLICIES
PRINTS
All of my prints are created and shipped by a fantastic Austin, Texas-based company called Skyline Art Prints. Skyline ships nationwide with USPS and UPS. Shipping prices are set by Skyline, and shipping usually takes 5-10 business days (may be slightly longer during periods of high demand). Quality takes time, so please be patient while waiting for your perfect print to arrive! Customers will receive an email and tracking number as soon as the order has shipped.
ORIGINALS and HOME DÉCOR
All original paintings, key-racks, and magnets will be shipped by me via USPS or FedEx from Houston, Texas. Please allow 2-4 days for paintings to ship out, and 1-2 days for all home décor items. I will send email notification and tracking numbers (if applicable) when the order has shipped.
RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Skyline Art Prints does not accept returns. All sales are FINAL.

ORIGINALS AND HOME DECOR
I want you to LOVE your new artwork! That's why I offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy.
If for any reason you don't love it, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs--buyer pays return shipping costs). No questions, no hassle. Please do follow these steps:
1. send me an email at groovygal@groovygaldesigns.com to get instructions on how to receive a refund.
2. ship your item back to me in its original packaging using a trackable method.
Did your original, keyrack, or magnet arrive damaged? Your purchase will be professionally packed and shipped and I am confident that it will arrive in mint condition, but sometimes things can happen in transit. If your artwork is damaged or defective in any way, just follow these simple steps to take advantage of my hassle-free replacement process:
1. Take a digital photo of the damaged products and the shipping container (if damaged).
2. Attach the photos to an email and send to groovygal@groovygaldesigns.com. Please provide your order number and a short description of the damage in the email.
3. I will immediately begin the process of replacing the damaged product. Please note, however, that original pieces of art can never be truly replaced--I will do my best to replicate the piece for you.
Note: if no damage is visible in the photograph, it may be necessary for you to return the item.
